800 meter forward
400 meter backward
800 meter forward
400 meter backward

Finished in 35 minutes and 23 seconds. Way harder than first attempt, which had fewer laps around the track. Breathless after the entire workout but felt great after I settled down.

10 20" box jumps
10 burpees
5 front squats

Did 3 rounds but should have been 4 rounds but didn't count because the timer wasn't running.
The first round was fine but after that the box jumps became really difficult.
Back Squat 5-5-5-5-5 reps.
Started with the bar because I never did a squat. Then progressively add 10 pounds after each set. I have to work on form because I kept putting my on my toes rather than my heels which made the squats feel harder.

I was suppose to do 800 meter run forward and 400 meter run backwards twice. I did it in 10 minutes in 51 seconds. But I didn't really run 800 meters or 400 meters for each set because I thought 2 laps and 1/4 of a lap was 800 meters. This workout was fun to do in the field house. The hard part was running backwards. When I was running backwards I kept feeling like I was going to trip.
