Finished in 35 minutes and 23 seconds. Way harder than first attempt, which had fewer laps around the track. Breathless after the entire workout but felt great after I settled down.

Griff
I was suppose to do 800 meter run forward and 400 meter run backwards twice. I did it in 10 minutes in 51 seconds. But I didn't really run 800 meters or 400 meters for each set because I thought 2 laps and 1/4 of a lap was 800 meters. This workout was fun to do in the field house. The hard part was running backwards. When I was running backwards I kept feeling like I was going to trip.
